Socialization of the Curriculum and Learning Development Acceleration Program for Higher Education to Support Independent Campus Initiatives
The Civil Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering at Wiraraja University, held a Socialization Event on the Accelerated Curriculum and Higher Education Learning Development Program. This activity aims to support the implementation of the Independent Campus initiative, a strategic effort to improve the quality of higher education in Indonesia.
The event took place at Graha Cemara, Wiraraja University, and was attended by the University leadership, all Deans of the University, as well as the Heads of Study Programs from all faculties. Through this activity, participants gained a deep understanding of curriculum development based on outcome-based education (OBE), the use of technology in learning, and aligning curricula with industry needs.
In his speech, a representative from the Faculty of Engineering emphasized the importance of collaboration between academics and the workforce. "By supporting the Independent Campus initiative, we are not only preparing graduates who are academically competent but also those who possess high adaptability in the era of globalization," he said.
This event is seen as an initial step that is expected to have a positive impact in producing outstanding and innovative graduates. Wiraraja University is committed to continuing to be a pioneer in advancing inclusive and competitive higher education.
