The emblem of Wiraraja University, based on the provisions in Article 6 Paragraph (5) of the Arya Wiraraja Foundation Regulation Number 01 of 2019 concerning the Statute of Wiraraja University, is shaped like a convex pentagon with a dark blue background crossed by a path of movement of the moon above an open thick book with the inscription UWR in red.
The meaning of the emblem of Wiraraja University is as follows:
- Pentagon, signifies that Wiraraja University serves as a protector, supporter, practitioner, and upholder of Pancasila as the philosophy and worldview of the Indonesian nation, as well as the foundation for university activities for the benefit of the nation and state.
- Dark Blue Background, signifies that Wiraraja University is a reliable university that produces graduates with clear thinking, high innovation, character, and noble morals.
- Path of Movement of the Moon Above an Open Thick Book, signifies that Wiraraja University will continue to be open to receiving and adapting to the developments in science, technology, and cultural arts.
- Inscription UWR stands for universal, write, and research, meaning that Wiraraja University will provide innovations in the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education that are universal in the field of education through written works, research, and community service.
- Red Color, signifies that Wiraraja University is a campus that produces confident, resilient scholars who are brave in realizing their aspirations in their fields of study and can serve as role models in community life at a global level.
